Ruby Neri is the daughter of Bay Area Figurative sculptor Manuel Neri.〔 In the early 1990s, while attending San Francisco Art Institute, she began painting monochromatic graffiti horses in public spaces in San Francisco.〔("Reminisce" ) by D.S.
